RFP 2026-12 Courthouse Restoration LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS INVITATION TO BID 2026-12 FOR: Courthouse Restoration Advertisement Begin Date: _June 17, 2026 Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: July 9, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m. at 1 Courthouse Circle Monticello, Fl 32344 Bids Due Date/Time: July 30, 2026 @ 3:00 p.m. EST The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners ("County") is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to provide Courthouse restoration construction. More information can be found in the bid packet. Sealed proposals for the above-described construction project will be received at the Jefferson County Manager's Office, Attn: Jenny Tuten, 450 W Walnut St, Monticello, Florida 32344, until July 30, 2026 @ 3:00 p.m. Easter Standard Time (EST), at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened.
