Proposals will be received October 9 at 11:00 a.m. eastern prevailing time through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com, opened and read aloud in a Zoom meeting open to the public on October 9 at 12:00 p.m. eastern prevailing time.
