RFP - Public Awareness and Outreach Services The West Volusia Hospital Authority (WVHA) is accepting proposals to provide services that increase awareness of WVHA programs, promote access to healthcare services, and strengthen community engagement with WVHA's primary clinic operations and the WVHA Health Card Program. WVHA is a special taxing district established under Chapter 57-2085, Laws of Florida, as amended, serving the residents of West Volusia County. The Authority's statutory purpose/mission is to improve health outcomes and ensure equitable access to care for indigent residents.
