RFP
UPK - Request for Proposal
Keshequa Central School District is pleased to announce the continuation of our pre-K program in the 2026-27 school year. The district is eligible for a universal prekindergarten allocation and as part of that grant; we are required to seek a collaboration with eligible community-based childcare providers. The collaborative universal prekindergarten program will be full day, five days per week aligned to the district school calendar of a minimum of 180 days.
Keshequa Central School District will accept requests for proposals (RFP's) from eligible agencies to collaborate with the district to implement the universal prekindergarten program and provide 10% of the grant allocation for the provision of UPK instructional services. The district will conduct a competitive process to review and make a determination of eligibility. We are contacting you to determine your interest in submitting a RFP for this potential partnership.
The district is seeking a collaborating agency to provide a site and run a parallel program outlined in Section 151-1.6 http://www.nysed.gov/early-learning/laws-and-regulations of the Commissioner's regulations and district expectations. Contact Lisa Farina, Dalton Elementary Principal at lfarina@keshequa.org or (585) 468-2900 if you have any questions.
*Please complete the RFP Google Link found on our website (www.keshequa.org go to the Elementary Building Page, click on UPK Registration tab), by Friday, March 6, 2026 at 4 p.m. Upon receiving the survey response, the district will mail a Universal Prekindergarten RFP, which will include further directions and deadline for submission.
Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to hearing from you.
