RFP/Strategic Plan Consulting Services Legal Notice The New Bedford Port Authority ('NBPA"), in coordination with the New Bedford Ocean Cluster, seeks a qualified consultant(s) to develop a strategic plan to optimize economic growth and activity in the ocean technology sector for the Port of New Bedford. Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained in the offices of the NBPA at 123 MacArthur Drive, New Bedford, MA 02740. Proposal submissions must be made in accordance with Chapter 30B of M.G.L. which requires two (2) sealed envelopes; one clearly marked "Ocean Technology Strategic Planning- Proposal" and the second clearly marked "Ocean Technology Strategic Planning-Cost".
