RFP - UPK - 032026 Horseheads Central School District Horseheads, New York Request for Proposals The Board of Education of the Horseheads Central School District, Town of Horseheads, New York, County of Chemung, is seeking proposals for the 2026-2027 Universal Prekindergarten Program. The District will accept electronic and/or hard copy submissions in response to this Request for Proposals. Proposers shall submit either of the following: • One (1) complete proposal in PDF format, submitted via email to: Katy Buzzetti, Assistant Superintendent for Business, kbuzzetti@horseheadsdistrict.com: OR • Three (3) printed hard copies of the complete proposal, submitted to: Katy Buzzetti, Assistant Superintendent for Business Horseheads Central School District, 143 Hibbard Road, Horseheads, NY 14845 All proposals, regardless of submission format, must be received on or before 2:00pm on March 20, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email no later than March 9, 2026 to Stacy McCauley, Grant Writing Supervisor, at stmccauley@horseheadsdistrict.com. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality, and to hold all proposals for 60 days subsequent to the date of opening for examination.
