RFP Weatherization Energy Effiency and CEAP PCS is soliciting proposals from experienced contractors relative to the installation of allowable weatherization energy conservation measures to be applied in the service areas of Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Randall, Roberts Sherman, Swisher, Hemphill, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, and Wheeler Counties. The program is operated under the rules, regulations, and requirements promulgated of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and the Department of Energy (DOE) (10 C.F.R 440).
