RFQ #2026-005 PRE-QUALIFICATION APPLICATIONS FOR LANDSCAPING ABATEMENT SERVICES The City of Moore is requesting pre-qualification applications from individuals, firms or companies interested in being retained by the City to provide landscaping removal, planting, and clean-up abatement services. Although an exact number of how many trees and/or shrubs will be removed or planted is unknown at this time, the City estimates 300 trees and 600 shrubs may be required to be planted and 100 trees and 200 shrubs may require removal and disposal from private commercial, industrial, and Planned Unit Development properties to bring them back into compliance with the Moore City Code. A mandatory pre-application meeting will be held on January 13, 2026, at 9:00 am in the Moore City Council Chambers, Moore City Hall, 301 N. Broadway, Moore, OK 73160. To be considered for the Landscaping Abatement Services applications and other required materials may be mailed or delivered to the City of Moore, Attn: Purchasing Agent, 301 N. Broadway, Moore, OK 73160. Pre-Qualification applications and other required materials must be received by the Purchasing Agent no later than the scheduled due date.
