RFQ #2026-011 AMBULANCE SERVICE OPERATIONS The City of Moore is seeking qualified ambulance service providers to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for emergency medical service operations. The City invites licensed and experienced EMS organizations to demonstrate their capabilities in staffing, response performance, medical oversight, and overall service delivery in this RFQ. This RFQ is for qualifications only and the information submitted may be utilized to develop a short list of providers eligible for further consideration, interview, negotiation, or subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP), contract discussions, or other procurement processes as permitted by law. RFQ information can be found on the City of Moore website at: https://www.cityofmoore.com/government/city-bids Providers must submit one (1) electronic and one (1) printed copy of both their SOQ and medical protocols to City Purchasing Agent at Moore City Hall located at 301 N. Broadway, Moore, OK 73160 by no later than the scheduled submission deadline. Written Questions may be submitted in writing to Fire Chief Ryan Marlar at rmarlar@cityofmoore.com by March 30, 2026, by no later than 3:00p.m. CT. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to modify or cancel this RFQ at any time if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
