RFQ No. 2026-201 Request for Qualifications for Architect-Engineering Services for Station #26 The Greater Naples Fire Rescue District ("District") seeks to hire a qualified architectural firm ("Consultants") with extensive fire station and emergency services facility experience to design the District's Station #26. A copy of the solicitation documents may be obtained at no charge by visiting Demand Star through the link on the District's website (www.greaternaplesfire.org). Obtaining the solicitation documents from any other source other than as stated above may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information. All prospective Consultants are prohibited from contacting any member of the District Board of Commissioners or District employees except as provided below. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing via electronic mail to Andrea Brown at procurement@gnfire.org using "RFQ Question – Architect-Engineering Services for Station #26" as the subject line. The deadline for submitting all questions is 5:00pm EST on 4/15/2026. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered. All responses to questions and addenda will be posted on DemandStar. It is the responsibility of the Respondents to review DemandStar to determine if any addenda have been issued and to acknowledge such addenda in its response. The District will select a consultant according to the process described in the RFQ package. Respondents shall provide a single electronic file in searchable PDF format not to exceed 20 MB file size of the response through DemandStar through the link on the District's website www.greaternaplesfire.org. The deadline to submit a response is 5:00pm EST on 4/24/2026. Responses received after the deadline will not be accepted. All costs and expenses related to the preparation and submission of a response are the sole responsibility of the Consultant. The District reserves the right to withdraw and cancel this solicitation at any time, without liability to any respondent or prospective respondent.
