ROCKLAND COUNTY DRAINAGE AGENCY NOTICE OF APPLICATION No. 25-07 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 846 of the Laws of 1975, adopted by the New York State Legislature, establishing the "Rockland County Stream Control Act", and pursuant to Resolution No. 373 of the Legislature of Rockland County, establishing the Official County Floodplain Maps, 8 Merrick LLC, 101 Route 306, Unit # 201, Monsey, NY 10952, has filed an application with the Rockland County Drainage Agency, 26 Scotland Hill Road, Chestnut Ridge, New York, where the application, published rules and regulations for administration of the law, and the Official County Floodplain Maps are available for public inspection. The applicant requests that a Stream Control Act (SCA) permit be issued to subdivide the existing parcel into 2-lots and construct single-family dwellings in each lot with a single driveway access, parking areas and stormwater management practice (SMP) structures at 8 Merrick Lane, Spring Valley, Town of Ramapo, Parcel designation: Section 50.19, Block 3, Lot(s) 62. This site is located within the jurisdiction of the Rockland County Drainage Agency, pursuant to the Rockland County Stream Control Act, Chapter 846. Any person interested in this application must notify the Chairman, in writing, within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice stating specific areas of interest.
