ROCKLAND COUNTY DRAINAGE AGENCY NOTICE OF APPLICATION No. 25-24 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 846 of the Laws of 1975, adopted by the New York State Legislature, establishing the "Rockland County Stream Control Act", and pursuant to Resolution No. 373 of the Legislature of Rockland County, establishing the Official County Floodplain Maps, Intercounty Enterprises LLC, 40 Orange Turnpike, Sloatsburg, NY 10974, has filed an application with the RocklandCounty Drainage Agency, 26 Scotland Hill Road, Chestnut Ridge, New York, where the application, published rules and regulations for administration of the law, and the Official County Floodplain Maps are available for public inspection. The applicant requests that a Stream Control Act (SCA) permit be issued to remodel the existing Coopers Tavern restaurant with new frameddeck above Nakoma Brook Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) limits and extend it between the southern parking lot and restaurant, over existing grass areas, and reconstruct a deck over existing basement along northeast side of the restaurant at 30 & 40 Orange Turnpike, Sloatsburg, Village of Sloatsburg, Parcel designation: Section 38.52, Block I, Lot(s) 16 & 17.1. This site is located within the jurisdiction of the Rockland County Drainage Agency, pursuant to the Rockland County Stream Control Act, Chapter 846. Any person interested in this application must notify the Chairman, in writing, stating specific areas of interest. Any person notifying the Chairman of such interest will be eligible to be heard if a public hearing is ultimately held in connection with the application. Charles H.
