ROCKLAND COUNTY DRAINAGE AGENCY NOTICE OF APPLICATION No. 25-26 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 846 of the Laws of 1975, adopted by the New York State Legislature, establishing the "Rockland County Stream Control Act", and pursuant to Resolution No. 373 of the Legislature of Rockland County, establishing the Official County Floodplain Maps, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., 390 West Route 59, Spring Valley, NY 10977, has filed an application with the Rockland County Drainage Agency, 26 Scotland Hill Road, Chestnut Ridge, New York, where the application, published rules and regulations for administration of the law, and the Official County Floodplain Maps are available for public inspection. The applicant requests that a Stream Control Act (SCA) permit be issued to construct a paved storage yard with new access drive, storage shed for electric utilities and associated stormwater management practice (SMP) system at 3 Pat Malone Drive, Suffern, Village of Suffern, Parcel designation: Section 54.34, Block 1, Lot(s) 4. This site is located within the jurisdiction of the Rockland County Drainage Agency, pursuant to the Rockland County Stream Control Act, Chapter 846. Any person interested in this application must notify the Chairman, in writing, stating specific areas of interest. Any person notifying the Chairman of such interest will be eligible to be heard if a public hearing is ultimately held in connection with the application. Charles H.
