G2026-180 H/3 SKYLAR THOMAS, DECEASED SHAQUESE THOMAS, PETITIONER RULE 4 SUMMONS THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO: The unknown Wrongful Death Beneficiaries under the provisions of Section 11-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Annotated and Amended, of Skylar Thomas, Deceased, and any other person or party claiming to be a wrongful death beneficiary of Skylar Thomas, Deceased. You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Shaquese Thomas, Petitioner, seeking a judicial determination that Andrea Hubbard and Xavion Thomas are the sole and only heirs-at-law and statutory beneficiaries of Skylar Thomas, deceased, under the Mississippi Wrongful Death Statute. Respondents other than you in this action are none. You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Petition for Determination of Heirs-at-Law and Beneficiaries Under the Mississippi Wrongful Death Statute to Joe N.
