You are summoned to appear at a hearing, before Judge Rhea H. Sheldon and assert your heirship in the Chancery Court of Forrest County, Mississippi, located at 641 Main Street, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on March 9, 2026. In the event that you fail to appear, you will be excluded as an heir at law of Linda Rutledge Petersen in a judgment determining her heirs. Consequently, you will be precluded from making any claim against her estate. You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings, but you may do so if you desire.
