Boswell, Deceased, if any, and all persons or entities unknown claiming any interest in the Estate of Steven T. Boswell, Deceased. You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Lacey M. Isenhower, Petitioner, seeking to have Alyssa J. McClurg, Dixie L. Boswell and Lacey M. Isenhower established as the heirs-at-law of Steven T. Boswell, Deceased. You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action before the Chancery Court of Forrest County, Mississippi, at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, the 20th day of April, 2025, in the courtroom of the Forrest County Chancery Court, Courtroom 1, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition, thereby barring the claims of any other relatives of Steven T.
