RYE PLANNING BOARD LEGAL NOTICE OF APPLICATION SUBMITTAL
PUBLIC HEARING AT THE RYE TOWN HALL
10 CENTRAL ROAD, RYE NH AT 6:00PM
TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2026
On Tuesday July 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. the following application will be submitted to the Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting held at the Rye Town Hall.
Minor Two-Lot Subdivision by TFMoran for property owned by Dolores F. Lintz, located at 120 Brackett Road Tax Map 22, Lot 95A, subdividing the 6 acres lot which includes one existing house to create 1 new buildable lot. Property is in the Single Residence District. Case # 05-2026.
Major Site Development and Mixed-Use Development Plan by Jones & Beach, Engineers, Inc. for Pruna Holdings, LLC for property located at 15 Sagamore Rd., Tax Map 24, Lot 22 to construct three single-family dwellings on the back lot and two mixed-use buildings in the front parcel. Property is in the Single Residence and Commercial District. Case #10-2022.
If the Planning Board determines that the applications are complete, it will then hold a public hearing on July 14, 2026, on the applications after determining they are complete. Should a decision on an application not be reached at the public hearing, the application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such line as it is either approved or disapproved.
