RYE PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF APPLICATION SUBMITTAL
AND PUBLIC HEARING AT THE RYE TOWN HALL
10 CENTRAL ROAD, RYE NH
On Tuesday March 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. the following application will be submitted to the Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting held at the Rye Town Hall.
Minor Two-Lot Subdivision by Altus Engineering for property owned by Edie (Lafrance) and Chip Brindamour, Trustees of the Brindamour Family Trust located at 172 Washington Road Tax Map 17, Lot 20 subdividing +/- 93,672 SF Lot including farmhouse and barn from the parent parcel to create 1 new buildable lot with access on Geremia Street. Property is in the Single Residence District. Case # 03-2026.
If the Planning Board determines that the applications are complete, it will then hold a public hearing on March 17, 2026, on the applications after determining they are complete. Should a decision on an application not be reached at the public hearing, the application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such line as it is either approved or disapproved.
