RYE PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment The Rye Planning Board will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Rye Town Hall, 10 Central Road on proposed amendment to the Town of Rye's Zoning Ordinances. RZO Amendment 2026-13: Amends the following Sections: Amend Article III, Section 190-3.7 Multifamily Dwelling District; § 190-4.2. Multifamily dwellings and multifamily developments; Amend Article XI, Section 190-11.1 Definitions of Multifamily Dwelling and Multifamily Dwelling Development; and § 190-2.2 Applicability of use district regulations. Amendments are posted at the Rye Town Hall, available from the Planning Office, and on the town website.
