Raccoon Creek Flood Hazard Information Revisions The Licking County Planning Commission ("LCPC"), in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program requirement in the Code of Federal Regulations §65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Moots Run Road and State Route 37. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Raccoon Creek from a point approximately 7,360 feet downstream from State Route 37 to a point just downstream of State Route 37. As a result of the revision, the floodway shall widen and narrow, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decrease, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision.
