Meridian Street, Suite 400, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Ravinia of Westfield Section 1 (Lots 1-24, 89-99, 108-129, & 142-153) located Northeast Corner of the Intersection of W 166th Street and Eagletown Road, Westfield, IN 46074. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Little Eagle Creek.
