Receipt of a Remedial Investigation Report, Cleanup Plan, and Act 2 Final Report (Section 302(e)(1)(ii), 303(h)(1)(ii), 304(n)(1)(i), and 305(c)(1)) Notice is hereby given that United Environmental Services, Inc., on behalf of Quest Partners of PA, LLC has submitted a combined Remedial Investigation Report, Cleanup Plan, and Act 2 Final Report to the Southcentral Regional Office of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, to demonstrate attainment of a combination of the Non-Residential Statewide Health Standard and the Site Specific Standard for the Former York NationaLease property located at 2080 Lemon Street in West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania. This combined report indicates that Quest Partners of PA, LLC has attained compliance with a combination of the Non-Residential Statewide Health Standard and the Site Specific Standard for groundwater and the Non-Residential Statewide Health Standard for soil. The selected cleanup standards are established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
