Reclamation announces 60-day public comment period for Santa Barbara County Water Agency water service contract FRESNO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the Santa Barbara County Water Agency's existing water service contract (Contract No. I75r1802RB), dated Sept. 29, 2023. Theamendment would extend the contractterm upto five years and allow the Santa Barbara County Water Agency to continue delivering its surface water supply to the Member Units. Reclamation is accepting written comments for 60 days.
