Recovery Capacity Study SOQ C116808 The Central Arizona Water Conservation District ("CAWCD") is soliciting Request for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Recovery Capacity Study in accordance with solicitation documents C116808. Submittals will be received until 3:00pm (AZ Time) July 8, 2026. SOQ's shall be submitted electronically on CAWCD's OpenGov website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/centralarizonaproject.
