By virtue ofa certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Tippecanoe County, lndiana, in Cause No. 79C0l- 1805-MF-000081 wherein U.S. Bank National Association was Plaintiff, and Sandra M Reeves, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 7th day of January ,2026, at the hour of 1.00pm_ or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole
body of Real Estate in Tippecanoe County, lndiana.
