Regional Brownfields Assessment RFP The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) seeks Proposals from Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) services contractors to provide support for its regional brownfields assessment program. The selected contractor will provide technical support for CMRPC program staff and will complete Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and cleanup/reuse planning activities at to-be-determined contaminated sites in the region. This work is funded through an Assessment Coalition Grant from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Beginning January 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM, a digital copy of the Request for Proposals may be obtained via email by contacting Kerrie Salwa at ksalwa@cmrpc.org. A physical copy of the RFP may be picked up at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission, 1 Mercantile Street, Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608, (508) 756-7717, by appointment. The RFP will be available from the time of this notice until the due date specified below.
