Reopening of the Housing Authority of the City of Wisconsin Rapids (HAWR) Project Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List The Housing Authority of the City of Wisconsin Rapids (HAWR) will reopen the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List for eligible households effective August 1, 2026. Applicants may submit a PBV waiting list application by: • Completing the online application at www.wisrapha.org • Picking up a paper application at Housing Authority administrative office located at 2521 10th St So, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494 • Requesting a mailed application by calling 715-423-7288 Eligibility: The PBV waiting list is open to households that meet HUD income limits, citizenship/eligible immigration status, and program requirements. Preferences will be applied according to HAWR's Administrative Plan.
