Request For Proposal LOGAN, NM CANADIAN RIVER WATERLINE CROSSING PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Village of Logan Canadian River Waterline Crossing Project, will be received by the Village of Logan, at the Village Hall, 108A US Highway 54, until 2:00 P.M. local time on March 20, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing approximately 7,030 linear feet of 8" C-900 PVC waterline, 120 linear feet of 8" Ductile Iron Pipe waterline, a river crossing, site earthwork and other typical water system appurtenances. The Contracting Agent for the Project is Rodney Paris, Village Administrator. Bids will be received from a single prime Contractor on a unit price basis.
