REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Sealed Proposals will be received at the office of Council on Aging of St. Lucie, Inc./Community Transit (CT), 1505 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950 until 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday , October 2nd, 2025, for the following: RFP # 25-01 Council on Aging of St. Lucie, Inc. Vehicle Washing RFP Documents are available online at www.demandstar.com. RFP documents may be obtained from the COASL office at 1505 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950, telephone: (772) 345-8216. RFP's may be either submitted via www.demandstar.com, mailed, or hand delivered to the COASL office at 1505 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34950. RFP's must be "CLOCKED" into the COASL Department by the above time. Any RFP's received after the above stated time will be returned unopened to the bidder. Community Transit reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for, accept or reject any proposals in whole or in part with or without cause, and accept the proposal which best serves COASL.
