Request for Proposal COMPREHENSIVE IT NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND TECHNOLOGY PLAN FOR ROCHESTER SCHOOL DISTRICT The Rochester School District is seeking proposals from qualified IT vendors to conduct a district-wide technology assessment and develop a comprehensive Technology Plan aligned with instructional goals, cybersecurity standards, and future operational needs. With new leadership in place, the district aims to obtain a complete, objective evaluation of its technology environment and a roadmap for modernization and improvement. Proposals are to be accepted until 12:00 pm EST on Monday, 22 December, 2025. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at that time. Proposals shall be submitted to, Mr. Jared Fulgoni, Superintendent of Schools, Rochester School Department, 150 Wakefield Street, Suite 8, Rochester, New Hampshire 03867. Proposals must be submitted on the attached bid proposal form in sealed envelopes plainly marked Proposal for COMPREHENSIVE IT NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND TECHNOLOGY PLAN – Rochester School District. Failure to properly mark the envelope will result in disqualification of the bid if it is prematurely opened. The Rochester School District reserves the right to reject all bids, to award to other than the low bidder, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
