Request for Proposal-Grant Writing Services The Otoe-Missouria Development Authority, located at 4111 Perimeter Center Pl., Oklahoma City, OK 74112 is soliciting proposals from firms for grant writing services. Grants may include U. S. Economic Development Administration, U. S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and other grant opportunities that meet OMDA's vision for economic development, infrastructure, land development, commerce and construction. Phone calls will not be accepted regarding this RFP. Email proposals to annette.arkeketa@om3construction.com . Due July 23, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. CST. The firm must demonstrate prior experience in grant writing services in the proposal. Firm must have experience working with tribal administrations and tribal communities. Bidders must have an active registration on SAM.gov and must not be on the Unacceptable Risk Determination or debarred. Proposal format must include the general cost of services breakdown, structure of firm, and staff resumes. Proposal review will evaluate fee and structure, experience, and success as a grant writer. Selection will be made to firm that is advantageous to the Owner evaluating price, capacity, experience, and other factors considered. Native American preference. It will be the responsibility of prospective RFP bidders to have all documents printed at their own cost. OMDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities.
