Request for Proposal - Real Estate Broker Services
Affordable Housing Solutions (AHS) seek proposals from qualified real estate firms and licensed brokers with demonstrated experience in residential property sales and affordable homeownership programs. The selected firm or broker will assist AHS in marketing and facilitating the sale of the South Cleveland Twin Homes, located at South Cleveland Avenue and East 20th Street in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
AHS's primary objective is to identify and secure eligible homebuyers whose household incomes are at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), consistent with the organization's mission of expanding affordable homeownership opportunities within the community.
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), AHS intends to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the successful respondent. The selected firm or broker will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective marketing and sales strategy, conducting buyer outreach, qualifying prospective purchasers, and guiding eligible buyers through the home purchase process.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Sioux Falls housing market, experience working with income-qualified homebuyers, and a proven track record of residential real estate sales are essential qualifications for this project.
