Request for Proposal REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF MOBRIDGE MOBRIDGE, SOUTH DAKOTA WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT REHABILITATION – EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT MOORE PROJECT NO. 22931 General Notice Owner is requesting Proposals for equipment and materials to be used in the construction of the project listed above. Sealed Proposals for the equipment and materials to be procured for the Project will be received and accepted via Email until October 1st, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Proposals received will be privately opened and read. The items to be procured for the Project (for installation by a qualified Contractor under a separate Contract) includes the following wastewater treatment equipment: 1) Sludge Dewatering Equipment, 2) Polymer Feed Equipment, and 3) Screw Conveyor Equipment. The Owner intends to assign the procurement contract to an installation Contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Public Law 115-332 Prohibition of Certain Communication Technologies. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this law are explained in the SRF General Conditions. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with American Iron and Steel requirements of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014.
