Request for Proposal LEGAL NOTICE The Chemung Schuyler Steuben Workforce New York (CSSWFNY) is requesting proposals for our Bridges to Employment Recovery to Work project. We are looking to procure an agency that can offer vocational assessment, career readiness, career search, training and job coaching services to people in recovery. Request for Proposals packets are available by email request to balliettp@csswfny.com beginning March 5,2026. Completed proposals must be received by CSS Workforce New York Workforce Investment Board office prior to 4:00 pm on April 3, 2026. Contracts are planned to be awarded on May 8, 2026, with a program start date of June 1, 2026. Minority & Women-Owned Business enterprise (MWBE) companies are encouraged to apply.
