Request for Proposal for Aquatic Pesticide Application The Commissioners of Public Works of the City of Spartanburg (herein referred to as Spartanburg Water) will accept sealed proposals from qualified contractors for aquatic pesticide application. Proposals will be accepted at the address below until 2:00pm EST, Tuesday, July 28, 2026. At that time and location, they will be opened and read publicly via remote meeting. Responses received after that time and date will not be accepted. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the address of the proposer shown on the outside of the envelope.
