REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RIVERTOWN Parcel 40 "Public Utilities"
JEA LIFT STATION AND SEWER FORCE MAIN IMPROVEMENTS
Mattamy Jacksonville, LLC requests proposals from licensed and qualified utility contractors interested in providing utility infrastructure construction for Rivertown Parcel 40 – "Public Utilities" consisting of but not limited to approximately 700 LF of 4" force main and a standard class one lift station. The bidding documents and construction plans will be available via a ShareFile site and may be obtained by emailing Shane Haslauer at shane.haslauer@primeeng.com beginning June 21, 2026. Hard copies will not be made available to bidders.
Potential bidders must arrive before the meeting starts to be considered in attendance at the meeting. Interested parties may submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of the proposal form, along with the requested attachments, or submit all applicable documents electronically to shane.haslauer@primeeng.com by 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. The proposal shall be enclosed in a sealed privacy envelope, marked with the project title and the name and address of the construction firm submitting the bid. If the proposal is sent through the mail or any other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope. Address responses to Shane Haslauer, c/o Prime AE Group, Inc. 13901 Sutton Park Drive South, Suite 200-A, Jacksonville, Florida 32224. Proposals sent electronically must be sent to ensure that they are received prior to the 1:00 pm deadline. Proposals received after the time and date specified above will not be opened.
There will be a mandatory Pre-bid Meeting on Friday June 26, 2026, 11:00 am at the Mattamy RiverTown Offices, 39 Riverwalk Blvd, St Johns, FL, 32259.
The successful firm will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Payment Bond, with a Surety acceptable to the Owner and JEA in accordance with Section 225.05 F.S. – Each Proposal shall remain binding for at least 90 days after the schedule Proposal opening time and date.
Proposals will be reviewed in accordance with the criteria set forth in the bid memo. The Owner has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion, it is in the Owner's best interest to do so.
