Request for Proposals The Central Mississippi Planning and Development District (CMPDD), on behalf of Southcentral Mississippi Works (SCMW), is requesting competitive proposals from qualified organizations to provide WIN Job Center Operator, Adult and Dislocated Worker Career and Training, and Youth Workforce Development services in Warren, Hinds, Rankin, Claiborne, Copiah, Simpson, Jefferson, Adams, Franklin, Lincoln, and Lawrence Counties for Program Year 2026 (beginning July 1, 2026).
