Request for Proposals The Cooperative Council of Governments (CCOG), on behalf of Equalis Group members, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the following categories: Fitness, Exercise and Strength Training Equipment; HVAC, Building Systems, and Facility Infrastructure Solutions; Mail, Document Management, and Election Equipment with Related Services; Fleet Lifecycle Management Solutions; Library Operations and Management Solutions; Parking Operations Management, Enforcement Services, and Smart Parking Technology Solutions; and Facility Assessment, Capital Planning, and Asset Management Technology Solutions. Organizations who wish to participate in the RFP process must register with Bonfire strategic sourcing platform through this link https://ccog.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities to download and complete the RFP package. Completed proposals are due before 3:00pm Eastern Time on 4/17/2026. Region 10 Education Service Center (ESC), on behalf of Equalis Group members, is requesting responses for Office Supplies and Related Products and Services; Elevator, Escalator, and Moving Walkway Equipment, Installation, Service and Repair; Event Seating and Related Components, Accessories and Services; Armored Vehicle Services; Venue Outfitting and Entertainment Integration Solutions; and Job Order Contracting in the State of California. Responses are due 4/17/2026 before 2:00 PM Central Time. To be considered respondents must submit a response to Region 10 ESC in accordance with solicitation documentation available at https://www.region10.org/o/r10esc/page/request-for-proposals-rfps-bids.The bid opening will take place at 2:00 P.M.
