Request for Proposals for Actuarial Consulting Services The Medford Contributory Retirement Board ("Board") is seeking proposals from qualified Actuaries and Actuarial Service providers to conduct a full actuarial valuation and provide actuarial consulting services on behalf of the System. The Board is governed by Chapter 32 of Massachusetts General Laws and subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission ("PERAC").
