Request for Proposals for BRITE Bus Turnkey Services Contract The Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission (CSPDC) issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors for turnkey management, operations, and maintenance of transit services for BRITE Bus Transit System per RFP #2025-001 requirements. The RFP scope includes all operations and maintenance for fixed-route, commuter, and ADA compliant paratransit services.
