Request for Public Input on Proposed Shooting Range The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is considering the application of RED RIVER RANGE which is seeking grant funding to assist in the construction of RED RIVER RANGE EAST OUTDOOR SHOOTING RANGE in BOSSIER PARISH to provide additional target shooting opportunities to the public. The Department is seeking public comment on this proposed project.
