Request for Qualifications RFQ #25/26-11 The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority's Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332 and the Federal Aviation Administration's Airport Improvement Program (AIP), has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified, professional firms or teams (Respondents) to provide professional consultant services for the development of a Federal Contract Tower (FCT) Planning Study for the Reno-Stead Airport (RTS) and related support services. All sealed SOQs for RFQ #25/26-11 Reno-Stead Airport Federal Contract Tower Planning Study shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PDT], Monday, April 27, 2026. Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Respondents must register with the NGEM Supplier System, and keep their contact information updated, to view RFQ solicitations and receive notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with all NGEM-participating government entities. Pursuant to NRS §332.065(4), the RTAA is prohibited from entering into a contract with a company unless the contract includes a written certification that the company is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel.
