The Vermont Housing & Conservation Board (VHCB) is seeking qualifications from experienced software developers or firms to enhance its internal .NET-based project management application. This engagement includes modernizing the front-end interface, retaining existing GIS mapping and document management integration, and implementing new reporting and dashboard functionality using Agile methodologies.
