Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Jamaica Bay, Inc. is requesting qualifications (RFQ) from consulting engineering firms interested in providing water distribution system engineering services to the Corporation for a project qualifying under Florida's Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), section 287.055 F.S. A firm will be selected based on qualifications in accordance with the CCNA, with an emphasis on water engineering and funding experience. Three (3) copies of the RFQ Response from interested firms must be delivered on or before 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 26, 2025, addressed to Jo-Ann Durand, 31005 Jamaica Bay Drive, Boynton Beach, FL 33436. Firms may contact Ms. Durand by email jamaicabayBOD@gmail.com to obtain the instructions to the RFQ. Responders may not contact the Selection Committee or the Board members of the Corporation during the solicitation period to discuss this RFQ, other than as indicated above. The Corporation reserves the right to waive any technicalities, reject any and all proposals which are incomplete, conditional, non-responsive, or which contain additions not allowed for, reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause, and accept the proposal which best serves the Corporation.
