Request for Qualifications DOWNTOWN MOBILITY PLAN, ASSET MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD and PARKING GARAGE PRELIMINARY PLAN In accordance with Massachusetts Designer Selection Law, M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Sections 44-57 (formerly M.G.L. Chapter 7, Sections 38 A ½-O), the City of Gardner is seeking Professional Engineering, Design and Planning Consulting Services associated with the implementation of a RAISE grant awarded by the United States Department of Transportation to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and subgranted to the City of Gardner for the development of a Downtown Mobility Plan, Curb and Asset Management Dashboard and a Feasibility Study and Preliminary Plan for a Downtown Parking Garage. The fee for the work stated in the Scope of Services in this RFQ shall not exceed the $1,253,500 limit. The City will negotiate a fee with the top-ranked proposer.
