Notice is hereby given that the Town of Durham, NH is accepting submissions for an Integrated Municipal Financial Software System. Qualifications must be submitted to the Business Office, 8 Newmarket Road, Durham NH 03824, no later than 3:30 PM EST on Friday, 4/17/2026.
A copy of the Request for Qualifications for the Integrated Municipal Financial Software System is on file at the Business Manager's office at 8 Newmarket Road, Durham, NH 03824, and is available by calling (603) 868-8043, or online at https://www.ci.durham.nh.us/rfps.
The Town will select the successful submission based upon several evaluation factors: software quality and features, price, vendor's experience, qualifications of key personnel, technical training and support system, upgrade frequency, replacement and obsolescence policy and vendor references. Software must be compliant with IRS compensation and benefit reporting, State of New Hampshire Municipal Budget Law and New Hampshire Retirement System reporting. The award will then be given to a qualified vendor with the proposal that is the most advantageous to the Town.
The Town reserves the right to request clarification on any submission or to ask respondents to supply any additional material deemed necessary to assist in the evaluation of the proposal. The Town reserves the right to change the RFQ schedule, issue amendments to the RFQ, cancel or reissue the RFQ. The Town also reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at any time with no penalty and to waive immaterial defects and minor irregularities in responses.
