Request for Quotes: State Historical Preservation Office, SHPO Concurrence Contractors are invited to submit quotes to Homes for Good (Agency) for The Field on Quince (Project). The Project requires a qualified company to provide professional services necessary to develop sufficient information for submission to the State Historic Preservation Office. Quotes must be received by the closing date and time, or they will be rejected as non-responsive. The project is a Non-Construction Contract, subject to HUD 5370C General Conditions for Non-Construction and Section 3.
