The subject property is commonly described as 35 Karen Lane, Emerson and designated as Lot 1 and Block 901.02 on the Borough Tax Mapk and this notice is sent to you as owner of property located within two hundred feet of the subject property. Take further notice that the undersigned seeks the following relief: a variance to build/update backyard deck. A Public Hearing has been set for November 6th at 7:30pm at Emerson Borough Hall, Second Floor Council Chambers, 147 Linwood Avenue, Emerson NJ All persons or property owners intersted in this application will be heard at the aforesaid time and place.
