PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned Victor & Lisa Gomes has applied to the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Pequannock for approval of a "c" variance application to construct a new covered front porch and an addition that includes a 2 car garage to be extended towards the front and side on land shown as Block 3101, Lot 17 on the Pequannock Township Tax Map. Said property is commonly known as 19 Van Riper Ave.
This application is now on the Board of Adjustment agenda and a public hearing has been scheduled for November 6, 2025 at 7PM in the Courtroom of the Municipal Building, 530 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, New Jersey, at which time you may appear, either in person or by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments you may have regarding this application. All plans and related papers are filed in the Planning Office, 99 Alexander Avenue, Pompton Plains, New Jersey and may be inspected by interested persons Monday through Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm.
