Said property is commonly known as 19 Van Riper Ave. This application is now on the Board of Adjustment agenda and a public hearing has been scheduled for November 6, 2025 at 7PM in the Courtroom of the Municipal Building, 530 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, New Jersey, at which time you may appear, either in person or by agent, or by attorney, and present any comments you may have regarding this application.
