Resilient SRQ Housing Recovery Program-Sarasota County DSW Homes, LLC is the Contractor that was awarded the RFP with Sarasota County for the implementation of housing services for Resilient SRQ's 2024 Storms Debby, Helene and Milton Housing Recovery Program. DSW is looking for Contractors to provide Single-Family Rehabilitation and Reconstruction services, and replacement of Manufactured Housing Units (MHUs) services in compliance with local, federal, and state statutory requirements for grants under the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery ("CDBG-DR") program.
